Most often reserved for software products, Agile development techniques apply well in this phase of physical product development, especially with highly complex products like consumer electronics.

Cross-functional teams separately develop features of design and technology:

Develop feature 1 > integrate & test > develop feature 2 > integrate & test > develop feature 3 > you get the idea. Repeat until it’s time to deliver the combined features in a most current iteration for testing and client feedback. Repeat this iterative testing process till MVP.
